Do you offer gift wrapping?


If you choose for gift pack, all products will be carefully gift-wrapped and placed in a specially protected delivery package at no extra cost.




Can I insert a personal gift message with my purchase?


Yes! Of course We invite you to include a message upon check-out, which will be printed on a Miking gift message card. Please email us at info@miking.us




How will I receive Miking e-boutique receipt for my purchase?


You will receive a delivery packing slip in your package with no prices listed. In addition, you will receive a receipt for your Miking e-boutique purchase by email, unless you request otherwise from our Client Relation Specialist if so it will be delivered separately from the package to your physical billing address.




How can I return or exchange my purchase?


1. You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days (two weeks) from the date of receipt.

2. Contact us at info@miking.us and we will send you a the return form then send us the unused products in their original packaging, along with the return form.

3. Miking does not includes a prepaid mailing label to be attached to the outside of your return package before depositing it at a post office as we are not paying for the return.

4. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement it includes Aromatherapy and Perfume items.

5 If the conditions name at (2.) are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.

6. We will not refund the delivery costs that you originally incurred (except in some cases as damaged products arrived due by carrier).
